Keystone Realty Growth provides GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM configuration, automation workflow setup, funnel building, calendar and booking system setup, and related digital systems services to businesses and individuals globally.

2. Services Offered

Keystone Realty Growth offers the following services, as described on our website and confirmed in individual project agreements:

• GoHighLevel sub-account setup and configuration
• Funnel and landing page design and build inside GHL
• Automation workflow creation and deployment
• CRM pipeline configuration and contact management setup
• Calendar and booking system setup
• Email and SMS campaign configuration
• Live chat agent setup with custom knowledge base
• GHL snapshot creation and sub-account management
• Ongoing monthly maintenance and support retainers

The specific scope of services for each client engagement is confirmed in writing via email or a formal proposal before work commences. Services not included in the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

3. Discovery Call and Engagement Process

All client engagements begin with a free 20-minute discovery call. This call is provided at no cost and carries no obligation. Following the discovery call, Keystone Realty Growth will provide a written proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Engagement begins only upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed initial payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Package Pricing

Our standard packages are priced as follows:

• Starter: $299 USD one-time setup fee + $49 USD/month maintenance (optional)
• Growth: $599 USD one-time setup fee + $99 USD/month maintenance (optional)
• Scale: $999 USD one-time setup fee + $199 USD/month maintenance (optional)

Custom project pricing is quoted individually based on scope and confirmed in writing before work begins.

4.2 Currency and Payment Methods

All prices are quoted in USD. Nigerian clients may arrange payment in NGN at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoicing, confirmed during the discovery call. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the point of invoicing and may include bank transfer, Stripe, or other methods agreed in advance.

4.3 Payment Schedule

For project-based work, a minimum of 50% of the total project fee is required upfront before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final handover. For monthly maintenance retainers, payment is due at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.

4.4 Late Payment

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Keystone Realty Growth reserves the right to pause work until payment is received. Repeated late payments may result in termination of the engagement in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

5. Delivery and Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided in the project proposal. These timelines are estimates and are contingent upon the timely provision of required materials, access, and information by the client. Keystone Realty Growth will not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Failure of the client to provide required assets, access, or feedback within agreed timeframes
• Third-party platform outages or issues (including GoHighLevel platform downtime)
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and successful project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required information, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Maintain an active and valid GoHighLevel account (or arrange for one to be set up) — GHL platform fees are the client's responsibility and are not included in our pricing
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Communicate any changes to the project scope in writing before implementation
• Ensure that any content, images, or materials provided to Keystone Realty Growth do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

7. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions as described in the project proposal. Revisions are defined as minor adjustments to agreed deliverables. Significant changes to the project scope — including additional funnels, workflows, or features not included in the original proposal — will be quoted and billed separately. All scope changes must be agreed in writing before implementation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Client-Owned Assets

Upon receipt of final payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client — including funnels, workflows, automation sequences, and CRM configurations — become the property of the client.

8.2 Keystone Realty Growth Assets

Keystone Realty Growth retains the right to use any project in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement. Generic templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Keystone Realty Growth remain our intellectual property.

8.3 Third-Party Tools

Deliverables are built within GoHighLevel and are subject to GoHighLevel's own terms and conditions. Keystone Realty Growth is not responsible for changes GoHighLevel makes to its platform that may affect existing builds.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:

• Before work commences: If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, the full upfront payment will be refunded within 7 business days
• After work commences: Once work has begun, the upfront payment is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client will receive the work completed to that point
• Monthly maintenance retainers: May be cancelled with 14 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing month
• Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to resolve the issue within the agreed revision policy before any refund is considered

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed within 7 business days.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any outstanding payments become immediately due
• Keystone Realty Growth will provide the client with all work completed to that point
• Monthly maintenance agreements will cease at the end of the current billing period

Keystone Realty Growth reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately and without notice in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or requests to perform work that violates applicable law or these Terms.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client data, pricing, and proprietary processes. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Realty Growth's total liability to any client in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 3 months preceding the claim. Keystone Realty Growth shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Losses arising from third-party platform outages, changes, or failures (including GoHighLevel)
• Losses arising from the client's failure to follow agreed processes or provide correct information

13. No Guarantee of Results

Keystone Realty Growth builds and configures systems to the best of our ability based on the information provided and agreed scope. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. The performance of any system depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, the client's products or services, and how the client manages their business.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law or resolved through the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Keystone Realty Growth reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on our website. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Your continued engagement with our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the project proposal and any written agreements between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between Keystone Realty Growth and the client. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
